Covering Costs

SHIFT covers nearly all of your costs, from association and state licensing fees, to your MLS account and marketing expenses. We even reimburse for mileage.


Have a really good month? Well, you’re in line for performance bonuses on top of your base salary. Even better: The sky is the limit, meaning there’s not cap to the size of your bonus. You can even earn your way to a luxury cruise on us.
